Alpha-Pharma Testobase (Test suspension, 10 amps x 2ml, 50mg/ml)  is known to be an extremely powerful mass agent. It is often categorized as the most potent injectable steroid available, resulting in a very rapid gain in muscle mass and strength. This is largely due to the very rapid action of this drug, as the water-based steroid will start entering the blood stream almost immediately after an injection. Unlike more esters such as enanthate or cypionate that take weeks for blood levels to reach maximum theraputic levels, with suspension, it is just a matter of days. It is clear that the anabolic effect of this testosterone will be achieved much faster than we could expect with an oil-based (esterified) preparation.

It is also important to remember Alpha-Pharma Testobase (Test suspension) tester is not equivalent to 100 mg of testosterone pure testosterone (as in suspension). When an ester is present, its weight is obviously included in the total milligram of the preparation. The dosage may vary considerably depending on the needs of the individual, but is usually on the order of 50 mg to 100 mg per dose. In most cases, the results will be amazing. Although some users complain about discomfort when injecting water-based steroids, the suspension is generally well tolerated. As might be expected with a strong androgen, the suspension can produce a number of unpleasant side effects. As with any testosterone product, there will be a high rate of estrogen conversion.
