I forgot to save payment data and I can’t find any order confirmation mails with my invoice. What should I do now?
Indeed, as it was said earlier, certain email providers and email applications may misroute our emails. However, all necessary payment data is always available (and real-time updated) in “My Orders” section of your account. Please always make sure to check the “My Orders” section if you are not sure which payment data is the most recent one.
