Why my tracking number is not working?
All our tracking numbers are valid and this can be checked on www.17track.net. Depending on the region where you are located, the shipping company or local post office may be slow at updates or won't give online updates of your tracking information. If you don't receive the package within the ETA (6-7 business days transit time in 95% of the cases) we recommend using the tracking number to make an inquiry in person at your local post office to find out more info about the status of the delivery.
