Will you send me a tracking number for my shipment(s)? When should I receive it?
Definitely we will. All our packages have tracking numbers assigned to them so you can check the status of the delivery anytime you want. For safety reasons we provide tracking numbers only after the custom clearance in origin country has been completed. This process can take up to 4-5 days in some cases due to the nature of the product, export licenses and the daily dispatch limit imposed by local authorities to our carrier. Once shipped, the average transit time for your location is 6-7 days, a statistic based on 95% of our deliveries. An email with tracking information will be sent as well.

NOTE: Certain email providers may filter or redirect to SPAM/JUNK our emails with your tracking number inside. However, once updated, your tracking information is always available in your Order's details. Please make sure to check your SPAM/JUNK folder and your Order details in your account at PharmacomStore.
